Cardiac Rehabilitation Director

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee the daily operational and clinical activities of our Cardiac Rehabilitation (CHAMPS) program within the University of Iowa Heart and Vascular Center.  The successful candidate will lead and manage functions and perform clinical care within the CHAMPS program to assure that health services, medical care, medical/health professions education, and research programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for the business development and programmatic growth of CHAMPS. 

Primary duties and responsibilities include functions in each of these areas: 

• Administrative
• Regulatory/UIHC/CHAMPS Compliance
• Staff Management and Development
• Clinical Practice/Quality/Service Improvement Measures
